Resource Recovery recently attended the 2023 GlassBuild America expo in Atlanta, GA that took place from October 31 to November 2. 

Organized by the National Glass Association, GlassBuild America is the largest glass, window, and door trade show in North America. The annual event provides the opportunity for both buyers and sellers of glass to collaborate and participate in a variety of showcases, including live Exhibitor Demos and educational sessions.

This marked the 20th year that the Glass, Window & Door Expo has been held and featured the biggest turnout the event has seen in the last decade. There were more than 8,700 participants over the three-day event, and Resource Recovery was one of the 481 companies that exhibited a booth on the floor of Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center. 

This was the first year that Resource Recovery has attended GlassBuild America, and the experience at the event was a major factor in the decision to formally join the National Glass Association after Resource Recovery had the pleasure of communicating with other industry leaders about the current state of glass recycling. 

Next year’s GlassBuild America expo will take place in Dallas, TX from September 30 – October 2, and Resource Recovery looks forward to participating in the event again in 2024.
